Ingredients
2-3 lb. chuck roast
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
1/8 cup of honey
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
2 T Dijon Mustard
2 T worcestershire sauce
1 t garlic powder

Directions
Place roast in crock pot, salt and peppering to taste. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour over the top of the roast. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Shred meat and return to crock, covering with sauce. Cook one more hour.
